A copy of this agreement will be emailled to you when form has been signed and submitted.

Our organisation will take responsibility to communicate with attending staff members, the Rules of Ephraim House Sensory Park & Playground and agree to ensure staff and visitors associated with booking comply with these Rules.
I understand that if there is a need to call for an Ambulance, the organisation will bear responsibility for all associated costs.
The organisation will make no claim against Maruma-li Community Ministries Pty Ltd or any of its staff or volunteers for any injuries or damage to property incurred during the booked times to use the premises.
The organisation takes full responsibility for any risk or occurance of
bodily injury or death incurred
by me, or any associated person with our booking, attending the Sensory Park & Playground, or any other area on our premises.

I understand that there is an expectation of No Alcohol or Drugs being used or brought on to the premises at any time, and our organisation will uphold this.
I have read this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement and I fully understand its terms, and understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it.
Schedule of Charges
Below is the current list of prices for use of the centre. GST included in prices (Current as at 1 January 2022)
Sensory Park Area
(including Bathroom / Shipping Container Facilities)
$25 per hour (Minimum 2 Hour Booking)
Internal Kitchen Area + $50
Large Meeting Room (Seats 40-50ppl)
Full Day
- $200 per full day
+ $50 if indoor Kitchen Facility required
Training Room (Seats 15 - 20 people)
$15 per hour (Minimum 2 Hour Booking)
- $200 per full day
Blue or Green Meeting Room (Seats approx 7 ppl)
$10 per hour (Minimum 2 Hour Booking)
In the event that a booking is made and no one turns up, without notice, then the organisation will be charged a cancellation fee, which will equal the original cost of the booking.
We endeavour to arrange staff to setup and prepare your booked room, in time for your arrival. If you are not able to fulfill your booking please call 0413115558 or 0438758629 at your earliest convenience, to avoid having to pay cancellation fee.
